Presentation Location:

The International Conference on World Nursing Science Conference WNSC 2025, hosted by Precision Global Conferences, will convene at Crowne Plaza Boston-Woburn,15 Middlesex Canal Park, Woburn, MA 01801 USA. The session will commence promptly at 8:50 AM with an opening ceremony, followed by keynote presentations, speaker sessions, and poster presentations. Please make sure you arrive at the meeting room before the conference starts.
 
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
We invite all participants to submit their abstracts electronically and ensure they meet the following guidelines for consideration:
• Abstracts must be submitted as an email attachment or through the website's abstract portal before the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Abstracts should be written in plain American English to ensure clarity and focus on the scientific content.
• There is no restriction on the number of abstracts an individual can submit, provided they meet the submission criteria.
• Each abstract should be submitted only once. Duplicate submissions, either under different author names or titles, will be rejected.
• All submitted abstracts must be original and not under consideration by any other journal or conference publisher.
 
Review & Selection Process: 
To streamline the review process, abstracts must include the following details:
• Author Details: Full name, email address, and affiliation of the submitting author.
• Abstract Title: A clear and concise title that reflects the research content.
• Presentation Preference: Indicate whether the submission is for an oral or poster presentation.
• Scientific Sessions: Specify the session or track most relevant to your abstract.
• Abstracts must not exceed 250 words, including references.
• The review committee and program editors may edit abstracts for brevity, readability, vocabulary, and style as needed. 
• A multidisciplinary, international panel of experts will evaluate each submitted abstract. The reviewers were asked to review the abstracts for the sessions they were assigned to by their areas of expertise within three days of submitting their own. 
• Following the review of the papers, the conference administration will mail the status of the abstract.
 
Earn CPD Accreditation with 27 credits:
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a structured approach to learning that helps professionals maintain and enhance their knowledge, skills, and competencies throughout their careers. It ensures continuous growth and improved practices in the nursing field.
The 4th Edition World Nursing Science Conference is accredited with 27 CPD credits. It allows attendees to advance their professional development through expert-led sessions, workshops, and networking with global nursing leaders.
 
Certificate Distribution:
In-person attendees: CPD certificates will be accessible through a QR code provided at the event. Once accessed, the certificates will be automatically sent to your registered email.
Virtual attendees: CPD certificates will be sent directly to your registered email after the event.
 
Onsite Conference Registration Details:
• Conference registration starts at 8:00 AM on September 7 at Crowne Plaza Boston-Woburn, USA. The exact name of the conference room is published in the final program.
• You will receive your conference badge, conference folder, abstract book, and conference program at the registration desk.
• At the desk conference, onsite coordinators will always be able to answer your questions.
• You will receive lunch vouchers at the registration desk. Please hand your vouchers to the restaurant staff when you get your lunch.
 
Speaker Guidelines:
To ensure a smooth and professional experience, we request all speakers to adhere to the following guidelines:
• All speakers must attend the session from start to finish to stay informed of any schedule changes or updates.
• Each speaker is allotted a 20-minute time slot, including Q&A. Please adhere strictly to this timing to maintain the session schedule.
• All presentations must be delivered in English.
• Presentations should be prepared in PPT or PDF format. Ensure slides are clear, concise, and visually engaging.
• Submit your presentation files 15 days prior to the conference for review.
• Bring a backup of your presentation on a flash drive or pen drive to the event.
• Ensure your files are compatible with the conference equipment to avoid technical issues.
• The conference room is equipped with a laptop, projector, slide pointer, and sound system, so personal laptops are not required.
• Due to setup delays, personal laptops are not permitted for presentations. Please test your files on the provided equipment before the session begins.
• Reach out to the organizing team for any assistance with setup or technical concerns.
• Use clear text and visuals to convey your message effectively. Avoid overloading slides with excessive information.
• Practice your presentation to ensure it fits within the allotted time and flows logically.
• Follow the organizing committee's instructions and maintain patience to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
• Arrive early to upload and test your presentation on the conference system.
• If any unforeseen issues arise, immediately inform the support staff or the organizing committee.
• Your cooperation is essential to making the conference successful and enriching for everyone.
 
Date and time:
The scheduled date and time of your presentation can be found on the website approximately three months before the meeting.
 
Poster Guidelines:
• As per the final program, all poster presentations need to be mounted on the walls one hour before the start time of poster sessions.
• Poster Dimensions: Each poster's display area on the poster board is 1 m wide by 1 m high.
• All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters.
• On-site printing is not facilitated; the presenter should do it in advance.
• It would help if you collected your poster by the end of the day; we disposed of the posters left behind.
 
Virtual Presentation Guidelines:
• Virtual presenters can deliver their lectures from the comfort of their own homes.
• A few days before the webinar, each registered participant will receive their unique user ID.
• Please arrive at the meeting 20 to 30 minutes early to address any technical concerns.
• Twenty minutes are allotted for each presenter's presentation, followed by a Q&A session. Ensure that you complete your presentation and Q&A within the allotted time.
• Prepare your presentation and open PPT slides on your device in advance. You can instantly exhibit your document through screen sharing.
• If you want to send a recorded presentation rather than attend the meeting, we advise you to send the recorded files and the PowerPoint presentation at least 10 days before the meeting.
• Ensure that your device, microphone, and camera are working correctly. Test your internet connection, audio, and video before the event to avoid disruptions. We recommend using a wired internet connection for better stability.
• Please verify the conference time in your local time zone and be punctual.
• Although this is a virtual event, we encourage presenters to dress professionally, as it reflects positively on you and the conference.
• In case of technical issues, please have a backup device ready (e.g., a second laptop or mobile phone) so that you can continue the presentation without interruption.
• Encourage audience engagement during your Q&A session. Use clear and concise language to foster discussion and respond to questions promptly.

• Each poster will be assigned a unique sequence number. Presenters must locate their designated space at least one hour before the session begins.
• Please ensure your poster is securely displayed in the allocated space and removed promptly at the end of the session. The conference organizers are not responsible for uncollected posters.
