Rosemay is an internationally experienced therapist, special education teacher, and diversity and inclusion leader dedicated to equity and mental health. With Master’s degrees in Social Work and Education and PhD studies in Counseling Psychology, she has 20 years of experience in clinical, school, and community settings supporting trauma-impacted individuals and families. Her intersectional approach considers race, gender, ability, and socioeconomic factors shaping lived experience and care. She specializes in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice and creates inclusive, healing-centered environments that foster resilience and identity. She is a proud parent of three children, married 24 years, and enjoys sports, reading, cooking, music, and musical theater.
