Dr. Robin Geiger is an award winning, board-certified nurse executive and nurse practitioner with over 24 years of nursing experience, leading national teams and creating programs in federal, corporate, and academic settings. She is the Chief Executive Officer for Ovita Health, a concierge-based telehealth practice and Chair of the Chief Nurse Advisory Board for Ingenovis Health (corporate to eight company brands). She leads risk analysis for workforce development and creates clinician engagement programs focused on support, well-being, and clinical excellence. She obtained her doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) from Touro University, her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Alabama, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Central Florida.
She is often sought as a keynote speaker and lecturer on leadership, mentorship, and advocacy. She hosts the Clinician Voice podcast series. In previous roles, Dr. Geiger has served as Chief Nursing Officer, Associate Dean of Academic Affairs for National University, Vice President of Clinical Services/ Chief Privacy Officer for Muscular Dystrophy Assoc., and Head Nurse for Veterans Affairs Community Care. She has published and presented on multiple healthcare topics. She is passionate about clinician advocacy, health equity, and mentorship.
