Biography
Kayleigh Momme, DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC, is a nurse leader dedicated to advancing maternal-child health and empowering teams to deliver equitable, evidence-based care. She serves as Nurse Manager of JEM Labor and Delivery, where she leads initiatives to improve safety, quality, and collaboration. Dr. Momme earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from Franklin University and holds an MBA with a focus on healthcare management. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders, serving on the New Nurse Leader and Legislative Committees, where she advocates for nursing leadership development and health policy advancement.
