Biography

Kathryn Watson is a dedicated nurse of over 12 years with a passion for patient and nurse wellbeing. During my graduate studies, I researched nurse burnout and the complexities that were a result of it. I am a proactive advocate for addressing nurse burnout, as reflected in the study.
