Cristina Motta Ferreira is a Pharmacist-Biochemistry with a Master's in Tropical Pathology and a Ph.D. in Tropical and Infectious Diseases. Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Sciences Applied to Hematology (PPGH) at the State University of Amazonas from 2017 to 2019. Amazonas Quality Award - Services category, offered by the Federation of Industries of the State of Amazonas in 1997, with the Rh(D) negative Pregnancy Control Program. Merit Honor Award, provided by the Manaus-Amazonas City Hall in 2020. Active researcher at the HEMOAM Foundation in microbiology, especially clinical bacteriology, with an emphasis on multidrug-resistant hospital pathogens, and in hematology, chemotherapy, and mycology.
