Dr. Robin Geiger is an award-winning, board-certified nurse executive with more than 24 years of experience leading national teams and creating programs across federal, corporate, and academic settings. She is certified as a Nurse Executive-Advanced (NEA-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), and is co-founder and CEO of Ovita Health, a concierge telehealth practice in Florida.
She also serves as an Executive Consultant for national universities and global health systems on clinical and program operations, workforce integration, accreditation, and mentorship. She is Associate Faculty & DNP Project Chair for the University of Phoenix. Her leadership has earned national recognition, including Candice B. Smith Nursing Leadership Award from the Florida Organization of Nursing Leaders (2024) and the ANA/Daisy Award for Nursing Ethics (2025) and global accomplishments, such as Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland (RCSI) and Fellow of the Academy of Diverse Nurse Leaders with the National Black Nurses Association (NBNA).
Dr. Geiger holds leadership roles on the Advisory Board for the American College of Education, and is a Co-Chair of the Awards and Recognition Committee board member of the Florida Organization of Nursing Leadership (FONL). She also contributes to the Education Committee and Nurse Leaders in Advocacy (NLIA) with AONL. She is well-known for developing national programs for wellness and mentorship to support nurses within the profession.
A frequent keynote speaker, presenter, and host of the Clinician Voice podcast, she has published on healthcare leadership, mentorship, and advocacy. She earned her DNP from Touro University, dual MSN degree as an FNP/CNS from the University of South Alabama, and BSN from the University of Central Florida. She loves to cook, dance, and travel with her family.
