Nursing Ethics and Legal Issues are essential in ensuring nurses maintain moral and legal duty in clinical patient care. In this session at the 4th Edition World Nursing Science Conference, 2025, ethical issues of autonomy, beneficence, and justice will be discussed as principles that inform nurses’ decisions to uphold patient rights and advance patient well-being. It will also deal with the legal dimension of nursing practice, such as confidentiality, informed consent, and professional behavior. Participants will understand how to deal with multilayered ethical challenges, lobby for patients' rights, and achieve legal compliance while ensuring that they remain accountable enough to facilitate medical care's safe, compassionate, and lawful provision.
